Villa Kedros is a stylish one bedroom, two bathrooms beachside villa with private swimming pool.
Villa Kedros is a two-storey, stone-built, detached villa with direct access to two beaches(Grammeno Beach-sandy and Votsalo Beach –pebbled). On the ground floor, the villa consists of an elegant living area with two sofas, a coffee table, a modern pellet stove, wi-fi and multi-media equipment. The adjoining dining area comfortably seats four adults and leads to an open- plan contemporary kitchen with modern appliances. The ground floor finishes off with a fully-equipped modern bathroom.
The upper floor consists of a spacious double bedroom with stylish bed linens, designers’ artefacts and wardrobe space. The bedroom is complemented by its en-suite bathroom that follows the wonderful aesthetics of the rest of the villa. The bedroom’s doors lead to a private terrace with stunning beach views.
The villa is equipped with ceiling fans in the bedrooms and air conditioning units which are used for both cooling and heating. During the winter, guests can also use the pellet stove in the main living area that heats both the bedroom and the ground floor.
In the exterior, Villa Kedros owns a private 32m2 swimming pool with complimentary designer wooden sun loungers and a shaded private veranda with outdoor sitting area. Alternatively, the guests may use another set of private sunbeds on the beach. and be served snacks and refreshments from the beach bar (summer season only)
Villa Kedros can accommodate up to four guests (two sleep on the ground floor sofas). The villas welcome exclusively, adults and couples. However, in the event of an inquiry for all three villas by a single party of guests, children are happily accepted. All the villas can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests.
